I had the pleasure of shooting a gorgeous maternity session at Rodeo Beach. Rodeo Beach was the perfect backdrop for our session. The waves, the sandy shores, and the beautiful sun were just amazing! The beach’s natural beauty added a sense of tranquility and serenity to the photos. The couple were so fun and easy to work with, I had the best time capturing this beautiful time in their lives and I know they will look back at these memories and cherish them for many years to come!
Playful & Dreamy Beach Maternity Session
As a maternity photographer, one of my favorite things about shooting at the beach is the versatility it offers! The beach, the sand – each setting provides its own unique aesthetic. For this session, we took advantage of everything Rodeo Beach had to offer. We took some beautiful pictures by the water’s edge – the waves created a stunning background. Then, we moved to the sandy beach for a more laid-back, casual vibe.
But let’s talk about the light! There’s something about the way the sunlight reflects on the water and creates a golden glow on everything at the beach. It’s just amazing. During our session, the lighting was absolutely perfect. The setting sunbathed everything in a soft, warm light – it was like a dream! One more thing I loved about this session – the beach allowed my wonderful clients to really relax and just be themselves. They were able to stroll along the shore, play in the sand, and simply enjoy the moment! And those genuine moments of joy and anticipation – they’re what truly make a maternity session special.
