I had the absolute pleasure of capturing a maternity session for my good friend Jessyka in Novato, CA. The location was super cute and charming, perfect for such a special occasion! When we arrived, we were greeted by an unexpected surprise, cows! They were all over us, and it was a bit scary at first. But we managed to take amazing photos and even had some fun moments with her toddler. Jessyka looked radiant as ever, and the beautiful backdrop of Novato added such a magical touch to the photos. Despite the initial scare, the cows added a unique element to the photos, making the session even more memorable. Jessyka’s toddler was full of energy and joy, adding that playful touch to the session.

We spent the afternoon exploring the location, finding the best spots to capture the beauty of this special time in Jessyka’s life. The natural beauty of Novato, combined with Jessyka’s and her family’s happiness, made for some truly stunning images. Every shot seemed to tell a story, reflecting the love and anticipation of welcoming a new member to their family! One of the highlights of the day was seeing Jessyka interact with her toddler. The playful moments, the shared laughter, and the hugs were heartwarming to capture. These candid moments often turn out to be the most cherished photos, and I was so happy to be able to capture them.
As the session came to an end, I couldn’t help but feel grateful for the opportunity to document such a significant moment for my friends. The photos turned out beautifully, and I am so happy that Jessyka will have these memories to look back on.
